RESERVATIONS: apartment bookings will only be confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit payable by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash or by credit/debit card.

SECURITY DEPOSIT: we ask for a € 200 cash security deposit, payable on arrival. This will be fully refunded on departure following inspection of the property.

CANCELLATION: a cancellation fee of 30% will be applied from the date of booking until the arrival date. If guests are a “NO SHOW” and have not informed the Fattoria di Paltratico otherwise, we will wait 24 hours and then release the apartment for rent.
