On the first floor, with access via an external staircase, Rosa is made up of a living room with TV, sofa, armchair and a kitchenette with table and chairs, a bedroom with a wooden bunk bed, a bathroom with shower and a double bedroom.

What distinguishes Rosa is the large private terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view over the hills.
The terrace is equipped with deck chairs, table, chairs and beach umbrella. The flat has air-conditioning.
